Refund Policy

We hope you will love your Candii Bath order but if you want to return it, we will happily refund you for any items you return to us set out in the T&C. To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return with reasonable fairness, we are unable to accept a return in certain situations. Please review below.

1. Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance (unless these items are faulty)

2. Opened and/or used products

3. Sale or clearance products are sold as is and are non-refundable

Accepted Returns

1. Products must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date

2. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging

3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault 

How To Return an Item

Should you choose to return a product, we will happily refund the purchase price to the original form of payment.

1. To initiate a refund request, please email us at info@candiibath.com or use our contact form to send your return request stating your reason for return

2. Securely pack your parcel

3. Return via post (make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office)

4. Item arrives at warehouse; our warehouse team will check your order

5. Refund is processed

Once your returned goods are received by us, it usually takes 3-5 working days depending on your card issuer for the refund to appear in your bank account, however, this can take up to 14 days.
